Hi, I’m SarahRuth

I’m a late in life {single} mom to an amazing little girl.
I’m a holistic wellness coach helping women with hashimotos, gut health, food inflammation, or just wellness in general.
I’m a wellness advocate for people on any life journey.
I’m a rescue dog mom.
And my biggest passion is showing up to show people that they can do something they never thought possible.

My journey with health and fitness started before I can even remember. I’ve been active my whole life, but in 2007 my body just stopped working. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos and Hypothyroidism shortly thereafter, and that’s when my health and wellness 2.0 journey began. I gained over 100 lbs and was forced to find a new way of doing things. So…that’s what I did.

I started digging into a new version of health and wellness. Not the athletic fitness I had known in the past. I took years of holistic certifications and training. I dove head first into nutrition and all things hormones. I dug in because I had no idea what life was going to throw at me, but I knew I wanted to understand it. If not for me, but to be able to help someone else understand it too.

What I do a lot of is help people. I help a LOT of people with Hashimotos and Thyroid disease, but I also help people on any other heath and wellness journey. What I’ve been spending a LOT of my time doing is helping people with food inflammation, gut health, mood instability, and a lot of other hashimotos TYPE symptoms, but without the total diagnosis. What I’ve found in my own journey is the hard is getting started. The hard is in the amount of overwhelming things we ‘think’ we have to do TODAY to succeed. The hard is not having friends on the journey with us. The way I’ve been successful in all of that, is taking the hard out of it. It’s not only what I preach and teach, but it’s how I choose to walk through life.

I’m here to help and support you in your personal health and wellness journey. I’m here to make it ‘figureoutable’. I’m here to make it work for your unique needs. I’m here to be your support and cheerleader along the way. And I’m here to see you make yourself so proud.
