One of the most frequently asked questions on my social media is “Can you please write me a meal plan”?
And while, yes, I can. There are so many ‘preferences’ that comes along with food! Some people are foodies and want unique recipes, some people are busy moms that want grab and go meals, some people hate leftovers, etc. Do you see how it can be challenging and time consuming to write a meal plan (successfully) for every single inquiry?
After getting hit with this question regularly, I finally found a solution.
