Food doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming or boring. In fact, food can either be the problem or part of the solution.

For me, food was THE problem for a number of year. The problem was, I didn’t know if for a REALLY long time. When I was diagnosed with hashimotos, I didn’t really pay attention to the two main root causes that I should have: gut health and nutrition. But like all things, I got smarter with age.

I reversed my hashimotos with gut health and nutrition. I also did it without feeling restricted or bored. I DID have to learn new recipes along the way, but I’ve had a lot of fun trying new things.

I’ve included some of my favorite inflammation and gut healing recipes (‘IH’ in the name) or high protein (‘HP’ in the name) that you are free to make your own meal plans with. If you need a meal plan put together for you (including caloric intake), here are a few options for you:
