While I teach and educate a lot about hashimotos and thyroid disease, you do NOT have to have either (confirmed) disease to have gut issues or food inflammation. Many people have gut healing or food inflammation issues, and they do not have hashimotos disease or hypothyroidism. This mini course is designed to help any and all people with gut healing and food inflammation.
